Coronavirus update: Glasgow to remain at Level 3 as falling cases lead to level reduction for Moray





In Scotland in the last 24 hours there have been a total of 414 positive cases which equates to 1.9 per cent of those tested overall.

NHS Greater Glasgow saw 212 cases, NHS Lanarkshire 62 and NHS Lothian 48.

NHS Grampian saw only eight new cases while NHS Highland recorded six new cases.

In the seven days to May 17 there were 42 new cases in Aberdeenshire (16.1 per 100,000), 24 in Aberdeen City (10.5 per 100,000) and 33 in Moray (34.4 per 100,000).

No deaths were recorded in Scotland with Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.

To date in Scotland over 3,082,251 people have received the first dose of the Covid vaccination and over 1,769,040 people have received their second dose.
