Keithhall, Tipperty and Cultercullen schools are calling on ex-pupils and staff to celebrate special anniversary dates

Keithhall School is planning to celebrate its 150th birthday this year. They are looking for any memories, pictures, videos or information about the school that can be shared at an open event later in the year. Former pupils can visit the school on Friday, May 24 between 10.45am and 11.45am for a guided tour by the pupils and refreshments in the hall. There will be a book for people to leave any memories which will be added to the time capsule and old photographs will be available of the school for everyone to view and pupils will share some of their current learning. Tipperty School is celebrating of 30 years of the School Extension (1994) and its 147th year anniversary. Tipperty School would like to invite all interested parents, community members, former pupils and former staff members to Tipperty School on Wednesday, June 5 from 3.30pm to 5pm to mark the school's anniversary. Cultercullen Primary school which is located in the hamlet of Cultercullen next to Udny Station from where most of the school’s pupils come is set to celebrate its 150th anniversary and is reaching out to former pupils to take part in an event later this year.The school was begun in 1874 and was extended in 1996 to provides three classrooms, a general purpose room for music, library and other activities, an assembly hall, kitchen and staff room. The school are planning a big celebration on Saturday June 8 and invite former pupils and st6aff to join in marking this very special occasion.
