Macduff Primary School’s litter pick helps clean town’s shoreline

Macduff Primary School’s P1M class recently helped to clean up a local beach.

The pupils have been working in class to learn about the importance of keeping the environment clean and protecting marine life.

The children cleaned up the shoreline near Macduff Marine Aquarium.

Class teacher Mrs Mackenzie said: “Their hard work culminated in a hands-on experience where they eagerly collected rubbish along the shore, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact for our community.

“We are incredibly proud of their efforts and enthusiasm, and we hope they will inspire others to take action in preserving the beauty of our natural surroundings.”
