6 events to entertain this Easter Weekend in Aberdeenshire

This Easter weekend sees a number of north-east locations hosting events, with Easter Egg trails taking place at several historic properties and the opening of the new season at the Grampian Transport Museum, there’s lots going on.

INVERURIE - Saturday, March 30, noon - 2pm, Easter Soup and Sweet at St Andrew’s Church. With music by Murray Cowie, Lesley Edmond and Molly Conn. A fine selection of homemade soups and sweets followed by tea or coffee. Tickets £10 per person from 01467 620612.

BANFF - Banff RFC hosts a Family Easter Trail on Saturday 30 at the Banff RFC clubhouse in Duff House grounds. Visit here for full details and booking.

TURRIFF - SCAA will host a coffee morning at the Legion on Saturday 30 from 10am - noon in aid of the Air Ambulance. Adults £3, children £1.50.

INVERURIE - Saturday 30, Urybank Sheltered Housing on Wallace Road host an Easter event on Saturday 30 at 2pm. £2 per adult 50p children. Adults to wear homemade Easter bonnet, kids to bring their own painted egg.

NEW DEER - Attic Antiques will be at New Deer Hall for free antiques valuations and buying from 10am - 4pm. Spaces can be booked at this link.

OLDMELDRUM - Cycling Without Age Scotland Kemnay are hosting a fundraiser at Meldrum Legion on Saturday 30 at 8.30pm £8 per ticket with music from the Garioch Blend.
